What information do I need to give you
so I can get a quote?
We will need
basic information about your business and its operations including your

How long will it take to get a quote?
The amount of
time it takes us to obtain a quote depends on the size and scope of your
operation. Typical turnaround time can
be anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks.
Can you tell me if an employee will
qualify as a driver under my insurance?
Every
insurance company has slightly different underwriting guidelines for
drivers. Please contact your agent today
to discuss a specific situation.
If my agent isn't available who can I
call if I need something?
If your agent
is not in the office you will be redirected to your dedicated account manager
that takes care of the day to day functions regarding your insurance needs
(changes to your policy, certificates, etc).
We have a very knowledgeable staff with over 20 years collective
experience.
How long will it take to get a
certificate of insurance?
We have the
capability of issuing and faxing certificates while on the phone with you or
the broker/shipper requesting it. We
understand the importance of issuing certificates in a timely manner especially
if you have a truck you need to dispatch or are waiting for load confirmation. Our agency standard for issuing certificates
is to get them out within 1 business day.
Can Mel Foster Insurance help me with
