Mel Foster Insurance is a locally owned and operated full-service Independent Insurance Agency that has served the Quad Cities and surrounding area insurance needs since 1932. Today, under the leadership of Marc Engels, Mel Foster Insurance has 38 dedicated employees organized to specialize in their respective divisions, including construction and transportation as well as general business and personal insurance. Our team is comprised of producers in commercial property casualty, employee benefits, qualified retirement planning, and individual property casualty exposures. Mel Foster Insurance is located in Davenport, IA and represents over 25 insurance companies, and is licensed to do business in over 38 states.
